Must-have

  • Python for data science and GenAI development
  • Machine learning including supervised and unsupervised models
  • Complex SQL and PySpark queries
  • GenAI frameworks and LLM APIs expertise
  • Data transformation and manipulation
  • Working with structured and unstructured data
  • Prompt engineering and fine-tuning methodologies

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with AWS SageMaker and Lambda

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or related field
  • 5+ years experience in data science techniques
  • Government of Canada Reliability Status security clearance
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development
  • Ability to complete background checks
  • Proven mentoring and leadership abilities
