MATRIX PROCESS AUTOMATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to manage IT support and provide first-level technical assistance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of end-user support experience and strong technical skills, particularly with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications

Job Summary

  • Manage the IT Support and staff to provide 1st level technical support and act as an escalation point for unresolved cases.
  • Promote a high degree of customer service and adhere to all service management principles.
  • Take overall responsibility for incident management and ensure all calls and emails are logged in the Service Desk system.
