Job Summary
Manage the IT Support and staff to provide 1st level technical support and act as an escalation point for unresolved cases.
Promote a high degree of customer service and adhere to all service management principles.
Take overall responsibility for incident management and ensure all calls and emails are logged in the Service Desk system.
