Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HVAC/R systems operation and maintenance
Preventive and repair work orders
Facility mechanical and electrical systems
Use of CMMS systems such as Corrigo
Building interior and exterior repairs
Nice-to-have
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
Ability to perform due diligence inspections
Strong troubleshooting skills
Multi-skilled in electrical, HVAC, plumbing

Key Requirements
Universal CFC recovery certification or within 90 days
Minimum four years technical building engineering experience
Valid state driver’s license
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Two years trades school or documented apprenticeship preferred
