Job Summary
Responsible for technical support, debugging, and troubleshooting of security systems, including independent English communication with overseas clients for remote or on-site testing.
Provide high-level technical support for client security systems, including system configuration, problem analysis, and solution implementation, with on-site support available within 2 hours in emergencies.
Participate in security project implementation and technical support, ensuring project progress according to management requirements and supporting overtime arrangements as needed.
