Job Summary

  • The SpeakUP team ensures there are safe channels and formal processes in place that enable the Group’s people and external partners to speak up about their concerns.
  • You will be responsible for conducting fair, impartial and timely investigations and culture reviews with sensitivity and professionalism; and in accordance with best practice and SpeakUP’s processes (which include participant support processes).
  • At CommBank, we support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in workplace investigations
  • Tertiary qualifications in law or relevant field (preferred)
