Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience
  • Experience in highly regulated industry
  • Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001 QMS
  • Audit support and corrective action management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Nice-to-have

  • ASQ-CQE certification preferred
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
  • FAA repair certificate holder status
  • SAP ERP and Teamcenter systems knowledge
  • Cross-functional team leadership skills
