Job Summary
Develops, executes, and evaluates ILT and OJT programs related to the maintenance and operation of OHT trucks, ensuring correct knowledge transfer and validation of operational competencies.
Identifies training needs for assigned personnel, proposes improvement plans, and creates training materials such as manuals, presentations, and evaluations.
Offers a salary according to profile plus benefits, bi-weekly payments, an initial 6-month contract with extension possibility, and an excellent learning environment with a career plan.
