Job Summary

  • This position will oversee the F-35 and adjacent program Hardware Quality Engineering efforts at the NGMS Rancho Carmel site.
  • This role includes management responsibility for a team of direct reports and will support the Integrated Product Team on our manufacturing site.
  • Work activities will be focused on Material Review, Corrective Actions & Root Cause Investigations, and quality data analysis and reports.

Salary

Base: $133,100.00 - $199,700.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM field with 8 years of experience
  • Master’s degree with 6 years of experience
  • Experience with QMS (ISO 9000, ISO 9001, AS9100)
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis
  • Experience with Preliminary or Material Review Board Process
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Clearance
  • US Citizenship required
