The primary purpose of this job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Essential duties include administering medications, charting nurses' notes, maintaining resident records, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
This role requires a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state and current CPR certification.
