Job Summary
This role is responsible for working in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience, operational excellence and deliver the financial results planned for the business.
The core accountability is to provide on-site leadership to ensure the consistent delivery of results and service to the Ethel M Consumers.
