Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to plan, coordinate and direct overall activities related to the construction, renovation, maintenance and repair of state-owned, Oklahoma Military Department-operated buildings, facilities, grounds and equipment.
  • This role involves managing and supervising construction/maintenance technicians and licensed trades specialists in both new construction/renovation and the upkeep of existing state properties.
  • The position requires frequent travel within and without the State and involves supervising 3 to 5 subordinates for different regions.

Key Requirements

  • Six years of skilled building trade or maintenance experience
  • Three years of supervising employees or contractors

  • Able to climb ladders and stairs
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license
  • T1 security clearance
