  • This role is responsible for accomplishing various administrative tasks in support of the claims teams and fulfilling specific steps in the end to end claims process.
  • Ensure compliance with QBE policies, procedures and relevant legislations and regulations, and maintain effective communication with customers.
  • Provide information and feedback on claims activity and developing trends to underwriters/risk assessors to enable appropriate actions to be carried out.
