Job Summary

• This position is designed to be completed in 12-18 months and provides general Rental Management training in addition to specific training in Finance, Operations, Human Resources and Sales/Marketing.
• The incumbent will acquire proven industry knowledge and skills to develop relationship building while managing rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.

Salary

Base: $50,000 - $55,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan possible; Benefits: Comprehensive health/welfare, 401k match, paid time off
