Must-have

  • Full driver's license with own vehicle
  • Satisfactory Police Records Check under 12 months
  • NSW Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Availability for shifts Monday through Sunday

Nice-to-have

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability or Community Services
  • Minimum Diploma in Mental Health
  • Lived experience of mental health and disability
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background
  • LGBTIQA+ identification
  • Personal smartphone (iPhone or Android)
