Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in collaboration, messaging, UC, telephony, mobility, AV, and end-user digital automation
  • Proven success in enterprise telephony and mobility strategies
  • Deep technical expertise with Microsoft 365, Cisco UC/Collaboration platforms, cloud UCaaS solutions, MDM/MAM, and AI/automation tools
  • Strong leadership, project management, vendor management, and executive stakeholder engagement skills
