Job Summary

  • The primary goal is to provide one-on-one career coaching, targeted programming, and education to McCombs students to help them launch successful careers.
  • Candidates will collaborate with the Career Education team to develop curriculum, create digital resources, and execute events preparing students for a changing labor market.
  • This role requires an entrepreneurial self-starter who can manage multiple projects, track employment data, and build relationships with employers and alumni.

Salary

Base: $60,000+ depending on qualifications; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Teacher Retirement System (TRS) eligible

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Master's degree in business or related field
  • 4 years corporate work experience
  • Strong customer focus and listening skills
  • Exceptional resume writing and interviewing skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

Nice-to-have

  • Experience supporting F-1 visa students
  • Knowledge of finance, consulting, or tech recruiting
  • Familiarity with distance learning technologies
  • Ability to lead large group presentations
