  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Materials Science
  • 10+ years backend semiconductor IC manufacturing experience

  • Hands-on assembly process experience in SiC, JFET, GaN, CIS Imaging
  • Prior NPI, product/process integration experience
  • Familiarity with Chip-to-Package Interaction (CPI) effect
  • Proficient in statistical analysis methods and data analytics
