Job Summary

  • Play a critical role in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Senior Leadership to ensure the company's compensation strategy aligns with business goals, promotes fairness and equity, and complies with global compensation regulations.
  • Support project execution, document new SOPs, and maintain process maps to improve compensation processes.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis
  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience with global compensation structures
  • Experience with compensation survey tools
  • Experience with rewards and recognition platforms
  • Understanding of international compensation practices and laws
  • Knowledge of compensation best practices, pay equity analysis, and legal compliance
