Play a critical role in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Senior Leadership to ensure the company's compensation strategy aligns with business goals, promotes fairness and equity, and complies with global compensation regulations.
Support project execution, document new SOPs, and maintain process maps to improve compensation processes.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Psychology or a related field
3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis
Experience with Workday
Experience with global compensation structures
Experience with compensation survey tools
Experience with rewards and recognition platforms
Understanding of international compensation practices and laws
Knowledge of compensation best practices, pay equity analysis, and legal compliance
