Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • RMA and FA debug and root-cause analysis
  • Collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams
  • Use of lab equipment like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
  • Reliability and quality testing such as HTOL and Burn in
  • Fault isolation techniques and high speed interface proficiency
  • Programming skills in Python, PERL, C++ on UNIX/Linux
  • Managing factory floor partners for RMA/FA activities

Nice-to-have

  • Working knowledge of FA tools like FIB, SEM, TDR, VNA, CSAM
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Trend analysis and quality alert management
  • Experience with metrics like MTBF and Reliability Ratio
  • Experience scaling root cause FA capabilities

Key Requirements

  • BS/MS in EE, Physics or related degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of hands on systems test and/or validation engineering experience
  • Proven hands-on management and leadership experience
