Base: $160,080.00-$240,120.00 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation eligible; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years industry experience building complex software systems
Hands-on experience with LLM-based and agentic systems
Proficiency in Python, Java, or C/C++ for production code
Experience with distributed, stateful, event-driven architectures
Proven deployment of mission-critical AI systems in production
Nice-to-have
Experience building autonomous agents in high-stakes environments
Familiarity with AI safety, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design
Background handling medical data in regulated environments
Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow deep learning frameworks
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
