Key Requirements
2-3 years customer service or call centre experience
Strong computer skills in Windows environment
Bilingualism (French & English) preferred
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
Demonstrated attention to detail and sound judgment
Flexible to work longer hours and overtime
Able to work flexible hours between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
