This role is responsible for shaping solutions, leading client engagements, and supporting the sales cycle through technical expertise across ServiceNow and Freshworks platforms.
The successful candidate will create pursuit kits, develop repeatable Proof of Value engagements, and design accelerators to demonstrate innovation.
Key performance indicators include influencing Total Contract Value, achieving PoV conversion rates, and generating qualified pipeline opportunities.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
ServiceNow platform technical understanding
Pre-sales solution architecture experience
ITSM platforms including BMC Helix and Cherwell
Proof of Value (PoV) engagement creation
RFP response and SOW drafting expertise
Nice-to-have
Experience with migration playbooks
Strong client relationship building skills
Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC
Ability to articulate business value and ROI
Participation in marketing events and webinars
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years prior experience in consulting or professional services
ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS, and CTA
Baseline security clearance required
Proven track record in pre-sales and business development
