Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must identify residents before providing care, record observations accurately, and promptly report any changes in condition or incidents to the Nurse Supervisor.
  • The role requires physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, frequent standing and walking, and the capacity to assist in resident evacuation during emergencies.
