PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant in Atlanta, Georgia, to partner with sales and customer success teams, providing strategic consultation to enterprise customers regarding digital operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SaaS and cloud infrastructure, along with consultative selling experience

Job Summary

  • Partner closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to serve as a trusted advisor to our most strategic customers and prospects, designing and delivering solutions that drive business value and accelerate platform adoption.
  • Advise customers on best practices for incident response, digital operations, and service reliability throughout pre-sales and implementation processes.
  • This role is expected to come into our Atlanta office two times per week, so you can thrive in your new role and fully embrace being a Dutonian!
