KION / Linde Material Handling is seeking a Manager of Sustainability Data & Analytics to oversee ESG reporting and data architecture within a complex international industrial setting. The ideal candidate will have a background in data science or related fields, with strong experience in data management, validation, and compliance
Job Summary
This role ensures sustainability data is accurate, auditable, and compliant with CSRD/ESRS requirements while enabling high-quality external reporting.
The position offers a diverse flexibility arrangement including individual working hours, regular mobile working from home, and 30 days of vacation plus additional compensatory days.
Candidates will take end-to-end ownership of ESG data and reporting systems, designing harmonized data integrations across enterprise systems.

Background in HSE or Finance BI reporting
Key Requirements
University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
3-5+ years of professional experience in data platforms and system administration
Solid spoken and written German and English proficiency
