Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include using resident identification, reporting changes in condition, recording information accurately, and assisting residents with daily functions.
This position requires a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
