The primary purpose of this role is to attend to and greet visitors and answer telephones, limited to clerical duties in the Reception/Administrative area.
Essential duties include providing general administrative support, checking visitors in, informing employees of arrivals, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, clerical functions, and multiline phone systems, with previous experience being preferred.
