Job Summary

• The Representative is responsible for generating sales of our products for the small species business unit in their assigned area by satisfying customer needs, positioning themselves, the Company, and the Distributor as business partners and advisors for their health and management programs.
• The Representative must plan, organize, and control consultative sales work in their zone, ensuring all potential clients are visited with the assigned frequency based on segmentation, and that programs and products are promoted.
• Key functions include conducting profitability and needs analysis of commercial partners and potential clients, establishing and maintaining positive business relationships, achieving sales objectives, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
