Manage the administration for Neuberger Berman equity programs including annual employee offerings, liquidity opportunities, and estate planning transfers.
Lead the firm’s deferred compensation plan administration including fund allocation recommendations, pricing updates, monthly reporting, and annual disbursements.
Manage end-to-end carried interest award lifecycle, including preparation and review of grant documentation, participant notices, and award agreement execution for new and existing carry participants.

Salary
Base: $150,000-$190,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, life insurance

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resource Management
10+ years of experience in Equity Award Accounting
Familiarity with carried interest plan administration
