Job Summary

  • Notion is looking for a Sales Development Manager to recruit, develop, and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives and Business Development Representatives.
  • The role involves creating and developing Notion’s Sales Development strategy, process, and playbooks, partnering with regional leaders across Sales Strategy, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • As an early member of the sales organization, you will be instrumental in helping define sales assisted motions and shape the future product based on customer insights.
