The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene, as well as monitoring and reporting changes in their condition.
The role requires maintaining resident comfort, ensuring their rooms are prepared, and assisting with transport and personal care needs while adhering to facility policies and procedures.
