The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
You will participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing service department and assist in staff development through training and in-service programs.
The role requires ensuring compliance with all nursing policies, procedures, safety, and infection control standards while maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare personnel.
