Base: $60,000 - $72,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Sales Incentive Plan eligible; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, employee stock purchase plan

Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
Frequent travel to customer clinics and hospitals
Technical support for CRM medical device systems
Patient registration and hospital documentation management
Inventory management and software maintenance
On-call support including evenings and weekends
Nice-to-have
Experience teaching and educating medical personnel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of medical terminology and device industry
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Expertise with Microsoft tools and SalesForce.com
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Key Requirements
High School Diploma plus 4 years healthcare or related experience or Associate degree plus 2 years experience or Bachelor’s Degree
Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional weeknight call coverage
IBHRE certification (below Principal level required for Principal level)
Minimum travel of 10%
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
