The incumbent is responsible for overseeing quality care, analyzing the entire operation, and ensuring budget conformance while developing policies and procedures.
This role requires actively resolving HR issues, managing risk management situations, and assisting survey teams to prevent deficiency citations.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree from accredited college
Maintain licensing credentials for Administrator
