Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for the integral management of the general services area, including industrial refrigeration, compressors, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, water treatment plants, and campaign concentrators.
  • You will manage maintenance service contracts for utilities, design reliability plans, and oversee building maintenance, including preventive, corrective, and inspection routes.
  • You will manage utilities and maintenance teams, conduct performance evaluations, ensure staff training, and lead Level 1 meetings for the utilities/facilities area.
