Job Summary

  • This position requires frequent travel, estimated between 60-75% of the time, to ensure the successful installation, maintenance, and optimization of equipment at customer sites.
  • Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software issues, assisting in equipment installation and startup, and cultivating strong customer relationships.
  • The role requires a two-year post-high school diploma/certificate in electro-mechanical technology and a minimum of 3 years related experience, OR a high school diploma and a minimum of 7 years relevant experience.
