Must-have

  • HPLC/UPLC method development for mAbs and ADCs
  • Protein A affinity capture and ion exchange chromatography
  • Analytical and preparative purification of mAbs/ADCs
  • Sample preparation minimizing adsorption and degradation
  • mAb/ADC characterization using LC and orthogonal techniques

Nice-to-have

  • Deep appreciation of chemical structure and physical properties
  • Familiarity with biophysical characterization techniques like SEC-MALS
  • Knowledge of multidimensional separation techniques (2DLC)
  • Experience with peptide mapping and glycan profiling
  • Ability to mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally

Key Requirements

  • Ph.D. in biochemistry/chemistry with 3-5 years experience
  • M.S. with minimum 8 years experience in biopharmaceutical industry
  • Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC and protein purification
  • Experience with ADC characterization including DAR and free drug impurities
