Job Summary

  • BRG provides independent advice, data analytics, authoritative studies, expert testimony, investigations, and regulatory and dispute consulting to Fortune 500 corporations, financial institutions, government agencies, major law firms, and regulatory bodies around the world.
  • The work will involve both execution and oversight of engagement work streams that may be either quantitative or qualitative in nature, with responsibilities to include development of economic theories of harm; analysis of relevant economic literature; and review and synthesis of large bodies of litigation-related evidence.
  • Working with some of the most highly regarded antitrust testifying experts in judicial proceedings to provide economic analyses of mergers and other competition matters Supervising, training and mentoring other consults and analysts in a supportive, team-oriented environment Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of analyses and opinions.

Key Requirements

  • Masters and/or PhD in economics
  • 4+ years litigation consulting in antitrust
  • Experience reviewing depositions and expert reports
  • Experience directing teams using Relativity and Disco
  • Experience with economic, statistical, or financial analysis
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and analytical software (SAS, Stata, R, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage workstreams and other consultants
