Job Summary
Participate in the development of Retail training tools and assist in organizing events and seminars related to Alteration and After-Sales Service expertise.
Develop training content on product expertise, services, and Learning Development, including generic and seasonal content related to savoir-faire and product expertise on digital platforms.
Provide logistical support for events and seminars related to Alteration and After-Sales Service expertise, acting as a contact point for internal departments and external service providers.
