Job Summary

• Drive the acceleration of PRUVenture program through development and execution of tools and learning & development to strengthen value proposition, create awareness, increase attraction, equip recruiters, and associates nurturing to increase scale.
• Conduct competency mapping to address gaps & recommend impactful development interventions for PRUVenture leaders and associates Institutionalize performance coaching to meet the Company’s business initiatives.
• Build & maintain strategic relationship with all stakeholders internally and externally Review and ensure workflows of the PRUVenture programs are fully complied with the company guidelines and policies.

• 9 years or above agency management/business development/learning & development experience
• 4 years or above management experience
• Experience in life insurance industry
