Copperridge Care Center is seeking a part-time Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide routine daily care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, be capable of performing various personal care tasks, and maintain a warm and supportive environment for residents

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must ensure correct resident information when assisting with activities of daily living and promptly report all changes in condition to the Health and Wellness Director.
  • This role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of resident health information while performing tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and transporting residents.
