Job Summary

• CMTs at Jackson Creek Memory Care work 12-hour shifts and are compensated $21.00-25.00 per hour, plus full-time benefits, where applicable.
• The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the attending physician, the nurse supervisor or charge nurse, and the Health Services Director.
• You will maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with other members of Health Services and participate in facility committees and quality assurance programs to improve medication processes.
