Job Summary
This role involves co-leading the medium-to-long range financial outlook for a high-impact therapy area using AI-powered forecasting.
The position requires partnering closely with R&D, Global Portfolio Analytics, and Commercial leaders to elevate forecast accuracy and unlock intelligent automation.
Candidates will prepare complex analytical models and CEO-level materials for external earnings releases while working on a hybrid schedule of three days per week in Boston.

Base: $154,968.80-232,453.20 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for short-term incentive bonuses and equity-based awards; Benefits: Qualified retirement programs, paid time off, health, dental, and vision coverage
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years experience in Finance/FP&A
Advanced proficiency with Anaplan model building
Expertise in PowerBI dashboard creation
Experience applying AI/Machine Learning in finance
Track record leading global commercial forecasting cycles
Nice-to-have
Background in biopharma or healthcare markets
Rare disease exposure experience
Spanish language skills
MBA, CPA, or CFA professional qualifications
Passion to succeed with a deliver mentality
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, commerce, or business administration
8+ years experience in Finance/Controlling/FP&A positions
Executive presence and ability to influence senior levels
