Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure assessments are completed per federal and state guidelines.
  • The role involves tracking and monitoring facility effective utilization of PDPM tools including Physician Diagnosis Verification and Weekly CSR.
  • Employees receive $75K - $80K/yr with 8 hr shifts Monday through Friday along with PTO and a 401K Match.
