  • This role is responsible for planning, management, and execution of all Professional Services business development activities to drive Workday Subscription sales.
  • Candidates will work alongside Account Executives to help prospects create successful project plans including resources, timelines, and costs.
  • The position requires maintaining accurate forecast data and negotiating Service Agreements while acting as a trusted advisor to customers.

Salary

Base: $127,400 - $191,200 CAD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus plus annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Must-have

  • 2+ years leading Financial or HCM software implementation projects
  • 6+ years experience in Professional Services Sales
  • Bilingual English/French verbal and written communication

  • Proven track record in managing sophisticated services sales cycles
  • Strong presentation skills in fast-paced environments

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
