Key Requirements

  • 10 years of General Contractor related construction and preconstruction experience
  • 5 years directly involved with construction projects
  • Experience with manufacturing or industrial sector construction
  • Experience negotiating contracts and putting bids together
  • Understanding of prime contracts requirements
  • Construction estimating and procurement experience
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Timberline, AutoCAD, or Revit software systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management (preferred)
  • OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification (preferred)
