Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility needs.
The role requires vigilant observation of resident conditions, including skin integrity and eating habits, with immediate reporting of any changes or incidents to the Nurse Supervisor.
