Job Summary
Supports clients across the full human capital transformation agenda, from redesigning HC operating models and deploying AI-powered HC technologies, to building talent pipelines and embedding learning & development cultures.
Prepare and present client-ready deliverables end-to-end including research, planning, rollout, diagnostic reports, strategic frameworks, implementation roadmaps, and executive presentations.
You will be a primary HR point of contact in the resolution, escalation or routing of inquiries as needed in line with HR protocols and guidelines, as well as be part of a team of problem solvers that help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key Requirements
4 to 6 years of professional experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR related field, business management / administration or equivalent
Proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic
Experience supporting GCC countries is strongly preferred
