Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
• Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident conditions to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and observing for skin breakdown while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
