  • This role involves supervising all Rehabilitation personnel, implementing new programs, and holding administrative authority and accountability for clinical and operational delivery of rehabilitative services.
  • The DOR is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of services, adherence to regulatory standards, timely and accurate clinical documentation, and managing department productivity.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Physical Rehabilitation, Occupational Rehabilitation and /or Speech Language Pathology
  • Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, OT or PT Assistant, and or Speech Language Therapist
  • Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care
  • CPR certification, if required by licensure
